We specialize in gourmet mushrooms for the home or professional Gourmet Chef.
Whether you're looking to buy fresh mushrooms or dried mushrooms, we offer the highest quality gourmet mushrooms from the Pacific Northwest.

Each season we harvest fresh mushrooms daily. In the late Spring we offer fresh morel mushrooms and fresh porcini mushrooms. In the Summer we offer fresh lobster mushrooms. In the Fall we offer fresh golden chanterelle mushrooms and fresh matsutakes. In the Winter we offer fresh black trumpet mushrooms, fresh hedgehog mushrooms, and fresh yellowfoot chanterelles.

We hand select every mushroom, choosing only the freshest and most pristine mushrooms for our customers. After we harvest the mushrooms, we ship them on the same day to ensure the mushrooms arrive in their prime. We also start drying our fresh mushrooms on the same day they are harvested so that our dried mushrooms retain all of the exquisite flavors of the fresh mushrooms in their peak of freshness.

Our harvesters are licensed by the USDA. We harvest fresh gourmet mushrooms daily all year long from the forests of the Pacific Northwest. All of our mushrooms are harvested in an environmentally sound manner. We only harvest the cleanest and most pristine mushrooms available each season and leave the pieces, stems and older mushrooms to spread spores for the next season.
